This amazing home offers a fantastic view of Table Rock Lake from a Sun Room that runs the full length of the house! This is the perfect lake front lodge for family lake time fun!
The full kitchen in this home has a casual dining area, a large island and lots of counter top space. Complete with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave and a dishwasher for easy clean up. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with an extra refrigerator. The back door from this room goes to a side deck where the gas grill is located.
The living room is spacious with a wood burning fire place and comfortable sofa. The floor plan is open to the formal dining and a large archway to the kitchen.
There are three bedrooms, and an additional sleeping area off the master suite in the sun room. The master suite has a queen bed. En-suite is a large full bath with double vanity, jetted spa tub for two and a walk in shower. There is also a large walk in closet.
Two other bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The lake side sun room is divided into two separate areas. One area is a sitting room for the master suite and additional sleeping area with a full over full bunk bed. The other is a full on party room, complete with a bar with bar stools, a couple of tables with chairs and a relaxed sitting area for conversation and a ping pong table. The bar has a small fridge and a wine chiller.
This home has no boat dock – no community dock access – and no community boat ramp. You can tie your boat at the shoreline for access, but you will need to load and unload at the shoreline, therefore, you may want to bring a small step stool or ladder. Caution, the shoreline is rocky.
This home offers 24 hour security with a camera at the front door.
Please call us to report any changes in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. NOTICE: Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Arkansas law provides for the removal of guests who violate of the rental agreement. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of unauthorized pets into the property will result in an unpleasant situation for all parties. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets by video surveillance at the entry point of our properties. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation, ejection from the property, and forfeiture of any funds paid as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
