Wedgewood Place is a relaxing haven that is surrounded by natural beauty and unending entertainment and activity. Located in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, Holiday Island is a HUB of outdoor fun. This condo overlooks a premier 9 hole golf course with Table Rock Lake in the background. There is a golf discount available to our guests.
This beautiful condo has two bedrooms plus bonus room, 2-1/2 baths, open floor plan, high ceilings, and wood look tile flooring throughout. The furniture is not only beautiful, but very comfortable. The large, bright kitchen with tile counter tops is nicely appointed with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. A Keurig coffee maker is available, bring your K Cups. Also on the first floor is a ½ bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and the master bedroom suite with comfortable king size bed, TV, and a walk-in closet.
There is a second master suite upstairs with a queen size bed. Also upstairs is a bonus room which has a twin bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A second twin fold up bed with memory foam mattress is available, located in the downstairs master bedroom closet, allowing this unit to sleep 6.
The patio door in the living room leads to a private deck overlooking the golf course, with a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture where you can sit and enjoy the view of the mountains and the golf course. Watch for the deer as they travel through each evening.
This area of Northwest Arkansas is steeped in history. Over the years, the area has provided shelter to native American Indian tribes, solace to wealthy business tycoons, and pleasure to outdoor adventure seekers. More adventures continue, with new Ziplines, Downhill Mountain Bike Trails, and on-water adventures.
Holiday Island’s recreation center is less than 1/2 mile away. The recreation center offers a large swimming pool, a children’s wading pool, basketball court, tennis court, Ping Pong, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and miniature golf. All of the recreation center amenities are available for a daily fee.
Family reunions, wedding parties, etc, may be interested in reserving softball fields, the picnic pavilion, meeting rooms, the golf course clubhouse, or “The Barn” reception and entertainment venue.
Magnificent views of beautiful Table Rock Lake can be seen through the trees while walking or driving around. Holiday Island is like staying at a resort with it’s own Marina, restaurants, fishing piers, and 2 golf courses. Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park , the marina, boat rentals, and trails suited for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close.
Located 8 miles from Eureka Springs, Arkansas guests are treated to scenic vistas, refreshing mountain air, and Ozark hospitality.

Grocery, Restaurants, and Convenience Stores are located in Holiday Island, approximately 5 miles from the house.
Crystal Bridges Museum and Branson Attractions are within a 1 hour drive. Eureka Springs is less than 18 minutes away.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.
