King Bed and Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo.  There is a small coffee maker in this room.  However, there is no TV or mini fridge.

Pets Accepted – Owner requires an $18/pet/night fee, with a maximum of 2 pets 50 lbs or less.  They must be crated and kenneled if left unattended and be on a current veterinarian approved flea and tick treatment.

The Beaver Town Lodge – Room #5 is located ON THE LAKE at the foot of the Arkansas Golden Gate Bridge, the old Railroad Bridge.  6 Miles from Eureka Springs.  This historic property is a recently renovated stone building that originally served as a trading post in the early 1900’s.  Crafted of native limestone, its architecture reaches back in time to provide a warm, down home feel.  Enjoy walks along the shore of the White River.  The river actually become Table Rock Lake near this bend in the river.

Access to Table Rock Lake with Boat Ramp next to the property – Approximately 50 yards away.

This Room is the perfect relaxing get-away for those who want to boat, kayak, or canoe.  Kayak and Canoe rentals and shuttles are available from multiple outfitters in the area.  They will pick you up and shuttle you to Beaver Dam allowing you to float back to Beaver Town Lodge.

Parking is plentiful along side the building.  Watch swimming and boating from the front deck that wraps around the building.  This is a common area and may be used by others in the Lodge.

WHITE RIVER FLOAT TRIPS!  Contact Adventure Mountain Outfitters.  They have Kayaks, Canoes, and Paddle Boards.  They will shuttle you to Beaver Dam and you can easily float back to your front door.  (approximately 12 miles)  Note:  Ask about the power generation schedule.  When they release water from Beaver Lake to generate Power, the river flows at a reasonable pace and you won’t need to paddle.
